Spooling Banding and Capilliary Lines

iESP Operators have industry leading experience with an emphasis on the most modern and up to date training and safety available. Along with our highly skilled Operators, our iESP Technicians are very well versed and certified for installs, pulls and trouble shooting all brands of penetrators used in the region. We take pride in ensuring our Operators and Technicians are very competent and equipped with all necessary tools and knowledge to best accommodate our customers’ needs.

Our fleet of spool trucks and trailers are all air ride, state of the art and secure for seamless over the road transport. No need to worry about having your equipment make it to or back from the wellsite – it is in good hands! Keeping close with our commitment to safety, we have made custom modifications for additional safety including quick disconnect spooling controls and additional handrails on our trucks to mitigate slips, trips and falls.

We utilize double slings with D rings for true backup. Our sheaves are modified to ensure there are no gaps large enough for cable to come out of the groove and we’ve added a handle for easier maneuvering. All equipment undergoes regular pull testing and structural engineer checks. Industry specific maintenance, inspections and records are maintained current for all equipment.

Picker Truck/Hotshot Services:

A 10,000# knuckle boom picker truck for surface equipment transport is large enough to handle your requirements while meeting OH&S Regulations. Our PME Certified Operators save you money as our unit does not require a journeyman crane operator at the helm.

Hotshot services utilizing our late model dual one ton truck and 35’ tandem axle trailer for specialty and/or emergency transport as required. If it must be there now… no problem, leave it to us!
