Well Preventative Maintenance Programs

In all reality, our Preventative Maintenance Program is an Operational Excellence Program with several key aspects designed to ensure peace of mind for our Customers. Proven to extend the life expectancy of producing equipment while at the same time validating the most efficient operation possible.

Upon arrival we perform a complete visual inspection of the equipment, followed by an exacting infrared scan that clearly identifies many electrical based operational issues. These include potential overheating from loose connections, failing components, dirt, dust etc. This Thermographic Scan identifies imminent failure modes so they can be addressed prior to catastrophic failure. Our Preventative Maintenance Program becomes the foundation for extending life expectancy of a variable speed drive.

The semi-annual wellsite visits give us an opportunity to perform the checkups needed as we reference current operational data and actual production values against historical trends. Documenting and charting the information gathered by our technicians we then validate and generally maximize the actual versus anticipated performance. This means the data you supplied when requesting a pump design is reviewed and the alignment to the actual production is validated and optimized regularly.
